the rooted beginnings
It all began in a small kitchen, long after everyone had gone to sleep. A young boy with midnight cravings and a curious mind started mixing spices, tasting, and experimenting, trying to create something that hit just the right spot. What started as a late-night craving turned into a mini “science lab” of flavors, jars, spices, and notes scattered across the counter. He wanted to capture that ghar ka zaaiqa, the taste that reminded him of comfort, warmth, and home.
